3 Easy Daily Habits to Effortlessly Reset For Your Healthiest January Yet


Hello Beautiful,

Whether it’s the holiday treats or the seasonal sickness, many people are looking for a reset in January….but they don’t have the desire to upend everything and white knuckle their way to results. I am with you! Here are 3 tried and true shifts that will help you feel fantastic in no time at all.

Make a pretty plate Aim for at least 3 vibrant colors per meal (and prioritize green).

Try this…

  • Morning magic: green juice, eggs + avocado on sourdough toast, and berries.
  • Midday feast: with purple yams, pink salmon, and steamed green beans.
  • Evening repast: carrot-ginger soup, steak, and Cesar salad

Pair movement with meals Be active for 15 minutes before or after each meal.

Try this…

  • Start the day with a short but effective HIIT workout. Boost your metabolism, grow your strength, and build your bones with 15 minutes of fitness you’ll be proud of all day!
  • After lunch, take a 15 minute stroll. If the weather is intense, you can stay inside and do a light arm or leg workout…or even some vacuuming!
  • Unwind before bed with 15 minutes of stretching or foam rolling. You will let go of the tension of the day and relax more deeply in to restful sleep.

Start early to finish strong

  • Wrap up screens by 8pm so you can wind down before bed. Read a book, stretch, take a bath, or talk to a loved one so you can decompress.
  • Go to bed earlier! Then you can wake up rested and get a good start on your day.
  • Wake up early enough to feed your Spirit, move your body, and eat well.
  • Eat an early dinner as often as possible. Aiming for finishing between 6-7pm will give your body time to digest before sleep. That will let your body rest and reset optimally throughout the night.
